Galvanised Tek screws, also known as self drilling metal screws, are designed to drill, tap and fasten into steel in a single operation, removing the need for pre-drilling and cutting down installation time. They're used for fixing metal roofing, cladding, steel framing, timber battens, fencing, HVAC systems and general construction. Drill capacities range from 1mm to 15mm, covering light sheet through to heavy structural steel.
Not all tek screws are made the same. Ours are engineered for consistent performance, clean drives and long service life across a wide range of materials and environments. These tek screws are finished in galvanised coating, for fantastic corrosion resistance when used outdoors.
