Online and phone orders are currently unaffected. Freight and deliveries are also unaffected and there are no current delays in either dispatch times or any delivery times nationwide, all freighters and couriers are fully operational in all states, this is not expected to change in the short term. We currently have plenty of stock but undoubtedly availability will be affected in the coming weeks/months as imports slow down and customers stock up on key products. My advice would be to secure your goods now if critical to your operations.
Although our dispatch warehouse is operating as per usual there are some slight changes to how we're handling freight to limit interaction with couriers. We expect this to continue indefinitely until we're told otherwise. This is not affecting our dispatch times. Our warehouse team members are doing a fantastic job dealing with the increased amount of orders as most of our customers stock up on the essentials to keep them operating throughout this period.
Our trade counter at Brendale is now closed to the public / walk ins. We feel this the correct decision in order to maintain social distancing and protect our staff. You can still place orders for pickup online and collect from our store and/or phone through orders. We have set up a collection point at the rear of our Brendale store for customer collections.
We are assured by our couriers that freight will continue as usual and deliveries are unaffected by border closures, none of our customers will have any issues receiving goods.
We will of course keep you informed of developments as we get them but please bear with us during this extraordinary period.
