Our M6 hex nuts provide a strong, secure fastening solution for machinery, construction, and general assembly work. M6 refers to a 6mm internal thread diameter with a 1.00mm coarse thread pitch, ensuring perfect compatibility with standard M6 bolts, washers, and threaded fasteners.
Available in Bright Zinc Plate for clean indoor applications, Hot Dipped Galvanised for outdoor or exposed conditions, and Stainless Steel 304 or 316 for high corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The M6 range also includes nyloc nuts, featuring a nylon insert that resists loosening from vibration, and coupling nuts, used to connect threaded rods or extend bolt length. Standard hex nuts remain the most widely used type for general fastening applications. All our nuts are a metric coarse thread, and all bolts fit the nuts within our range simply match the diameters. All bolting products are also stocked in a variety of lengths. M6 nuts require a 10mm spanner.
