3.2mm Rivets Selection

Scrooz sells 3.2mm Rivets in aluminium, and in both 304 and 316 grade stainless steel. The most common option is our aluminium dome head rivet, often referred to as a pop rivet or blind rivet.

Each rivet type in our range is built for specific applications, offering different levels of corrosion resistance and grip performance depending on the material. Aluminium and stainless steel options provide varying protection against corrosion, while different head and body designs suit different fastening needs. Rivets are widely used across industries including construction, engineering, and aerospace for joining steel, aluminium, plastic, and even timber to steel.

Multi grip and dome head rivets are the most widely used. Multi grip rivets function the same way as standard dome head rivets but have two gripping zones, allowing them to hold a wider range of material thicknesses. This makes them more versatile and reduces the need to stock multiple rivet sizes.

Large flange rivets feature a broader head than standard types, making them ideal for fastening softer materials such as thin timber or plastic. Stainless steel rivets deliver superior corrosion resistance and are best suited to demanding environments, including marine and outdoor applications.
