For orders under $99, a simple flat rate of $15 applies, no hidden costs or complicated freight calculations.

Our dedicated despatch teams work day and night, 16 hours a day, to ensure orders are packed and on the move fast.
Most orders are shipped same day or within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

As soon as the goods have been despatched and loaded onto the freighters you'll receive an automated despatch notification to your registered email which will contain tracking information and an estimated time of arrival. Please be aware that due to parcel volume all goods leave our warehouse palletised and sorted by state, pallets are then broken down in the couriers depot and scanned in individually, tracking will not go live until the freighters have scanned in your parcel in the depot. This can take one to two hours from despatch notification being received.

• Orders over 5kg: Shipped via road express freight, with typical delivery times as follows:

Peak Periods and Special Promotions

During peak trading periods, such as Black Friday sales, the Christmas rush, and New Year return weeks - shipping times may be extended by 1 - 2 additional working days due to increased volumes.
