Returns Policy

Easy returns at Scrooz Fasteners!
 

Scrooz Fasteners is happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased with us.  As long as the following conditions are met:

  • ✅ Within 30 days of purchase
  • ✅ All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • ✅ The full amount of fasteners/screws originally sold is there.
  • ✅ Tax invoice must be valid and intact

When returning products to us, you can either bring your order and matching tax invoice to our trade counter, or post it back to our warehouse at:

Change of mind returns / exchanges

With a tax invoice or order number.

  • We can provide a refund
  • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • The full amount of fasteners/screws originally sold must be accounted for
  • The original tax invoice must be valid and intact

Without a tax invoice or order number.

  • We may not be able to find you in our system, or
  • We may be unable to verify the original order, or
  • There may be a delay on refunding your purchase.

 

Refund Methods

PayPal, Visa / MasterCard / American Express, or Google Pay / Apple Pay

All refunds will be processed by their original payment methods. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.

Bank Transfer

Returns on orders purchased via bank transfer can take up to 48 hours to process due to different banks' internal systems. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Zip & Afterpay

All returns on orders purchased through Zip and Afterpay must be processed by their original payment method. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.
