welcome to our website ...

Through a considerable amount of research we have found that many people never fully understand how their favourite ecommerce sites should be used. This is largely due to most site operators not giving clear instructions on which buttons you should click and which areas of the site contain certain information, perhaps just relying on you stumbling across a sitemap tucked away in a dark corner.

This leads to most users either blindly clicking around the home page until you eventually find something interesting or just clicking straight into the area you know you want or are familiar with and possibly missing out on other useful areas of the site. So to help your shopping experience, we have developed this page to give you a idea of how our site works and how to operate it. We hope you find it useful. Drop us a line if you like and let us know what you think here.

If you get lost -  just click the HOME button. Don't worry you won't break anything ...

the product listing page ...

Once you have moved through your selected categories you'll end up at this page which is your product pick list. It's designed to give you the option of either moving onto a product detail page, where you can get more information about the item and also have a look at more and enlarged images or if you already know what you want and don't need any more info you can simply just add products to your cart by selecting the quantity for each product you want and then clicking the add to cart button. All the items you picked are then added in one go. You can also see the introduction of our breadcrumb trail menu. This useful navigation feature displays on most  pages in the store and is designed to show you where you are at any time and how you got there, simply clicking a text link will take you back to that page ... productlist_screenshot.gif

the mini cart page ...

This is the mini cart page. It displays when the product is added from the product details page. If you added a product from the product listing page you won't see this, as we assume you want to get through the store as quickly as possible so you'll just go straight to the main cart. The mini cart displays an image of the last product you added along with listings of any other items in your cart. From here you can; move straight to the checkout by clicking the link button, view the main cart by clicking the link at the top of the page or the cart link at the bottom of the checkout or you can go back in the store to keep shopping ...
