We have developed this page to give you a quick idea of how our site is laid out and how to use it, but do feel free to go clicking around, its pretty intuitive as we designed it specifically for easy navigation to get you round quickly and efficiently. All links in our site comprise text, images or graphics so the rule is: if any text turns gold or white or the pointer changes to a hand when you hover it then you can click it -  if you're not sure then just click it anyway and see where you end up. If you get lost -  just click the HOME button on the main navigation bar or use the breadcrumb trail at the top of any product page. Don't worry you won't break anything ...

Ok so to start viewing products you first select a category which can either be from the main category titles to the right 'screws, fixings, fasteners or tools' or you can use the Quick Menu to the left, which is displayed on all pages and allows you to quickly find the category you want. Throughout the site you will see promotional banners with offers and new products as well as listings for top selling products etc, obviously you can click any of these at any time to go direct to that area.

Once you have moved through the various category selections you'll arrive at this page which is our Quick Select Menu page. It's designed as a pick list for those who know which product they are interested in and want to select multiple sizes in one operation. You also have the option of moving onto a product detail page, where you can get more information about the item and also have a look at more and enlarged images.  You can also see the introduction of our breadcrumb trail menu. This useful navigation feature displays on most  pages in the store and is designed to show you where you are at any time and how you got there, simply clicking a text link will take you back to that page ...

Here you can see more information on the item, zoom in on the image by hovering over it or click the smaller thumbnails for enlarged views, naturally you can add the product to your cart from here ...

Once you've added your products to your cart you can view it by clicking the text link at the top of the page or the link in the mini cart in the top right column of the product screen. You can make any final adjustments to your order from here including increasing or decreasing your quantities or removing a product completely. You can also click the product name to take you back into the detail page or click the 'keep shopping' link to go back in the store and look at some other items. Of course, you can also fast navigate to any product by clicking a link in the side category menu. Once you're happy with your cart selections you can get a shipping quote by selecting the 'get shipping cost' button or simply hit the 'go to checkout' button to go through to our secure server and our express multi page checkout procedure where you can choose your shipping and billing options and complete your order with your preferred payment method, you can also open an account from here if you haven't already ...
